Margie Mitchell holds a Bachelor’s Degree and MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington. Margie spent 14 years as Director of Logistics for FW Star-Telegram. She ran large direct mail distributions and customer service organizations in the Dallas area before joining the sales team for UPS Mail Innovations 12 years ago. As an Enterprise Account Manager for UPSMI, Margie is a business services consultant to many national corporations across the country. Her true passion is sharing education and best business practices in the industry with others.
Jud Thurman is the Business Manager of Gospel Minutes Publications in Fort Worth, Texas, where he is responsible for all non-editorial operations of the company and directly supervises all mail operations. He has been an active member of the MSMA for 25 years,and a speaker at MAILCOM each of the last eleven years. Jud has also spoken for local MSMA meetings in Dallas, San Antonio and Austin, as well a presenter at the Postal Forum in 2004 & 2008
