Betsy Shortell has over 25 years of management experience and has been at Harvard University for 18 years. She is an active member in the MSMA New England and has been on the Executive Board since 2015. She is also a past Industry Co-Chair of the Greater Boston PCC and continues to serve on the Executive Board. Betsy has presented at The National Postal Forum, MAILCOM, ACUMS and NACUMS conferences. She holds industry certifications of OSPC, MDP, MDC, EMCM and CMDSM. She is the recipient of the Cliff Bennett Memorial Education Award (CBME) 2014. Betsy received her Master’s degree in Management at Harvard University.
Mark Hale has been in the mailing industry for nearly 20 years and has extensive experience in managing and training associates. He has dedicated much of his time providing educational opportunities to members of the industry. Mark currently serves as VP Education for the MSMA National Board having previously served as Chairman of Certification. He has served as the Industry Co-Chair of the Cincinnati PPC for 9 years. Mark is a regular speaker at MailCom and has presented at National Postal Forum and many local PCC and MSMA events.
