  The United States Postal Service on March 23, 2021, released its 10-year plan, “Delivering for America,” to return the organization to financial sustainability and achieve service excellence wile maintaining universal six-day mail delivery and expanding seven-day package delivery. Join Roderick Toney, Assistant Director, Johns Hopkins Hospital located in Baltimore Maryland for a virtual tour of mail operations. He will present their processes, HIPAA compliance measures, and noting changes made due to the coronavirus pandemic. 

 Roderick holds the MSMA certification designations, Certified Mail and Distribution Systems Manager (CMDSM), Mailpiece Design Consultant (MDC) and the USPS Executive Mail Center Manager (EMCM). He is certified in the Bridges Transition Model – Leading Organizational Transitions and a Level 1 Impact Training instructor with National Healthcare Transporter Certification Program. Roderick is also Lean Six Sigma Green belt trained.
