Cycle O CASS and NCOALink are required by 8/1/23 for postage discounts and moves the goal post on Best Practices.  More than a decade since the release of Cycle N, the long awaited Cycle O release is coming up fast.  Cycle O changes will impact what does and does not qualify for postage discounts as well as providing a wealth of new address information that can be used to make smarter business decisions - increase response rates, reduce costs, increase customer satisfaction, reduce fraud risks...  In this webinar, we will review the changes coming with Cycle O and the resulting impacts and opportunities.
